Sales Order Processor
Chesham, Permanent
Circa 28k plus bonus


This great Sales Order Processor role in Chesham is working for a manufacturing and production company of wholesale equipment with a great leading client list of household brands they supply. This role is coordinating all new order and coordinating the process from order processing to stock and delivery.
Permanent position working with a great friendly and supportive team happy to provide training for s focused individual based locally to Chesham whose keen to gain skills or build on current ones with prior office based experience, ideally speaking with customers/ clients on the phone and email

Sales Order Processor Responsibilities list:

  • Process incoming orders
  • Confirming prices, stock availability and deliveries
  • Raise quotations when requested
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and the external sales team through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team KPI's and targets
  • Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Liaise with the 3PL warehouses ensuring all correct information is sent in order for orders to be fulfilled correctly and on time


Requirements and skills

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Used to working in a busy office environment (2 to 3 years experience)
  • Highly computer literate and able to adapt to new systems quickly
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A strong team player
  • Flexible and keen to learn
