Order to Cash (OTC) GPO Director


About Us:

JSS are working in partnership with a PE backed, London based client who are seeking an experienced and accomplished Order to Cash (OTC) Director/GPO. This role will lead the efforts in optimizing end-to-end OTC processes within the Group. Job Overview:

The OTC GPO/Director is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and execution of our Order to Cash processes across the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of OTC processes, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient order management, billing, credit control, and collections.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the OTC strategy aligned with the company’s financial goals and objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to streamline and standardize OTC processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all operations.
  • Technology Integration: Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and other technologies to enhance OTC processes and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT teams to ensure cohesive and integrated OTC processes.
  • Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of OTC processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to credit, collections, and cash flow management.
  • Supplier & Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Training & Development: Lead and mentor a team of OTC professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: multiple years of experience in Order to Cash processes, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a GPO or similar environment.
  • Skills: Expertise in ERP systems, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of end-to-end OTC processes.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive process improvements.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Change Management: Experience in leading change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
