OVERALL FUNCTION OF THE ROLE
- Data input and reconciliation both in spreadsheets and Dynamics 365
- Purchase order receipt and purchase order creation and amendments where necessary
- Tracking inventory receipts and inventory pulls/usage
- Logging of all receipts of inventory and sales of inventory in the control sheet and Dynamics 365
- Invoicing and monitoring of all incoming payments from customers
- Input of payments into online banking systems
KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years office experience
- Intermediate excel skills a minimum, (including creating and using a variety of Excel formulae and functions).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work as part of a small but busy team
- Experience of Dynamics-365 advantageous but not essential
