Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with advertisers and agency partners to understand their goals and identify how our client's training offering can effectively meet their needs.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact, delivering prompt and professional support to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Champion new product features and guide clients through product upgrades and migrations, enabling long-term success.

Provide technical guidance and documentation to ensure seamless integration and success for clients.

Conduct implementation reviews and analyse and optimise clients' product mix to drive their success.


Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Experience collaborating with and managing external partners and customers of all levels, and negotiating effective solutions.
