The role:
As Account Director, you will be responsible for working closely with key clients on projects from brief through ot completion, building strong relationships and managing expectations at all times.
The AD will also be responsible for providing team members with valuable industry expertise, implementing robust processes and delivering on client growth. You will need to be able to think strategically, show strong leadership capabilities as well as provide a high degree of commercial awareness and experience.
Duties:
- Account management - implementation and maintenance of traditional account management processes.
- Client relations - maintain ongoing relationships, act as primary point of contact and secure further partnerships.
- Team management - building a team and supporting their growth and long term development
- Refine existing processes, deliver on projects for both client and agency and maintain a high-level of organisation within the account management team.
- Account reporting - presentation of strategies and account performance.
This role would suit an established AD from either an ad agency or creative agency, with a passion for branded content and delivering exceptional client service.
