Parts Operations Specialist – Customer Services

For our client, a premium car manufacturer from China, we are searching for a Parts Operations Specialist – Customer Services in the UK.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for confirming purchase orders for all the dealers
  • Responsible for answering questions about orders from dealers
  • Responsible for solving technical problems of dealer spare parts (contact headquarters to solve DMS and EPCM and S BOM problems)
  • Responsible for supervising and resolving payment issues for dealers (including dealer invoices).
  • Responsible for the sold parts warranty issues
  • Monitor dealer inventory with the RAM
  • Analyze dealer's spare parts requirements and predict future spare parts requirements
  • Collect spare parts price data and participate in the retailer price setting.
  • Responsible for warehouse management and Logistic management, inspect the warehouse and logistics cost.
  • Other Adhoc tasks that assigned by managers


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Educated to Degree level
  • Experienced in delivery services and project management, influencing key stakeholders and creating substantial outcomes
  • Supply chain experience and ability to interpret and analyse complex numerical and financial data.
  • Ability to influence and engage at all levels to maximise Aftersales share of voice.
  • Able to balance daily operational requirements with longer-terms strategic focus.
  • Be familiar with the automotive structure, malfunction performance.
  • Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Dependently finish the Business statistics analysis report.
  • Experienced in using ERP
