Parts Operations Specialist – Customer Services

For our client, a premium car manufacturer from China, we are searching for a Parts Operations Specialist – Customer Services in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for confirming purchase orders for all the dealers
- Responsible for answering questions about orders from dealers
- Responsible for solving technical problems of dealer spare parts (contact headquarters to solve DMS and EPCM and S BOM problems)
- Responsible for supervising and resolving payment issues for dealers (including dealer invoices).
- Responsible for the sold parts warranty issues
- Monitor dealer inventory with the RAM
- Analyze dealer's spare parts requirements and predict future spare parts requirements
- Collect spare parts price data and participate in the retailer price setting.
- Responsible for warehouse management and Logistic management, inspect the warehouse and logistics cost.
- Other Adhoc tasks that assigned by managers
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Educated to Degree level
- Experienced in delivery services and project management, influencing key stakeholders and creating substantial outcomes
- Supply chain experience and ability to interpret and analyse complex numerical and financial data.
- Ability to influence and engage at all levels to maximise Aftersales share of voice.
- Able to balance daily operational requirements with longer-terms strategic focus.
- Be familiar with the automotive structure, malfunction performance.
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Dependently finish the Business statistics analysis report.
- Experienced in using ERP
