**Job Description:**

As an Independent Travel Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients plan and book their travel arrangements, from flights and hotels to tours and activities. This role requires a deep knowledge of travel destinations, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently. You will have the freedom to manage your own clients and schedule while enjoying the support of our extensive resources and training.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide expert travel advice and personalized itinerary planning based on clients' preferences and needs.

- Research, book, and manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

- Maintain and update client profiles, ensuring accurate records of travel preferences, history, and special requirements.

- Stay informed about the latest travel trends, restrictions, and advisories.

- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and emergencies professionally and efficiently.

- Develop and maintain relationships with travel vendors, suppliers, and partners.

- Market travel services through social media, networking, and other channels to grow your client base.


**Qualifications:**

-No pre requisities if you are prepared to learn the trade, but the below would be desirable

- In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, including current travel trends and restrictions.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

- Strong sales and marketing skills with the ability to attract and retain clients.

- Access to a reliable internet connection and a home office setup.
