Position Overview:
- The role will be to develop and execute strategies for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities across various industries and company sizes in the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify and develop new enterprise client relationships through strategic outreach and networking efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points and business objectives, and effectively communicate how our [product/service] can address their needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and drive product enhancements.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets, while fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a 360 closing role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, with experience navigating complex decision-making processes and stakeholder dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to creatively address client needs and objections.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a passion for driving results in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree
