What you will be working on? - Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with client objectives, target audience preferences, and platform best practices.
  • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in social media marketing, and integrate them into our strategies to stay ahead of the curve
  • Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure that team members are equipped with the resources and support needed to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and analytics, to ensure alignment and integration of social media initiatives with broader marketing objectives and strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a leadership or management role within an agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with a passion for staying updated on industry developments.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that drive results for clients.
