You will be responsible for producing forecasts for new stores, competitor impacts, trade transfers, and input into key processes such as New Store PIRs, Property Board papers, and the annual PIR process. With your strong analytical skills, you will synthesise and analyse a wide variety of data while keeping customer needs at the forefront of capital investment decisions. You will build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, such as Senior Location Planners and Property Development Surveyors, and provide recommendations regarding the appropriate size and offer for potential new stores and extensions. Additionally, you will contribute to improving Location Planning methodologies and processes through ad hoc analysis, offer locational expertise to various business areas, and conduct post-investment reviews to ensure timely insights and continuous improvement.
