Project Coordinator

An exciting opportunity awaits an ambitious Project Coordinator to join a growing global event management agency working on diverse experiential projects for a variety of automotive clients, from luxury to mass-market brands.

This role offers exposure to high-profile events, including media launches, experiential test drive programs, brand activations, product launches, training events, and conferences across the UK, Europe, and beyond.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Event Planning team, assisting client leads and project managers in the planning and execution of events. Depending on your experience, you will take day-to-day responsibility for smaller events and specific aspects of larger projects. Budget ranges for projects vary widely, from £10,000 to £1 million, offering a chance to work on both intimate and large-scale events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support & Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of high-profile events, from car launches to public brand experiences.
  • Event Oversight: Take charge of smaller events independently and handle designated tasks within larger projects.
  • Detailed Planning: Maintain an organized, methodical approach with sharp attention to detail.
  • Onsite Presence: Represent the team at events, managing specific elements of onsite production.

Ideal Candidate

You are a self-motivated event professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys a mix of collaborative and independent work. Key qualities include:

  • Communication & Adaptability: Strong communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
  • Organizational Skills: Methodical planning abilities, attention to detail, and efficient time management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft 365 (TEAMS knowledge beneficial).

Working Environment

While a flexible approach to remote work is encouraged, this role requires regular office attendance and onsite presence at events. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel, both within the UK and internationally, including extended stays.

Types of Events

  • Experiential Drives: Dynamic programs introducing new products on tracks or roads.
  • Training & Brand Events: Launch training and brand events, including high-profile public events.
  • Chauffeuring Programs: Events like Wimbledon, London Fashion Week, and Goodwood Festival of Speed.
  • Track Experiences: Performance school events for invited or paying guests.
  • Media & Customer Engagement: In-car experiences and events to engage media and potential customers.
  • Conferences & Awards: Corporate events for key audiences and stakeholders.

If you’re ready to step into a fast-paced, impactful role within a supportive team, we invite you to apply.
