T2M Resourcing are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for an exciting and fast growing automotive business in Milton Keynes.


Reporting to the Financial Controller you will provide support across the finance department, you will be involved throughout Accounts Payable and Receivable and contribute towards month and year end processes.


As Accounts Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:


  • Assist in the production of management accounts
  • Assist and provide support on monthly project accounts
  • Bank & supplier reconciliations
  • Posting invoices & allocate payments to the purchase ledger
  • Accruals, prepayments
  • Credit Control & aged debt reduction


To be successful in this Accounts Assistant role, you will have:


  • Experience in an Accounts Assistant or AP/AR role
  • Highly numerate and detail oriented
  • Fully Office 365 literate
  • A-Level or equivalent qualifications
  • AAT qualified or QBE
  • Great telephone manner & communication skills
