A visionary Ad Creative Strategist to help them to achieve this goal
Role Overview:
As an Ad Creative Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy behind the ad creative. Reporting to the Director of Growth, you’ll lead a dynamic ad creative squad, collaborating with designers, videographers, editors, and growth marketers to produce innovative and high-performing ads.
Your work will directly impact our ability to engage customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Ad Concepting:
- Spearhead the ideation process, bringing together the ad creative squad to generate innovative ideas in a structured yet energetic environment.
- Manage Production:
- Oversee the entire production process, from script writing to shoots, and coordinate with both in-house and external creatives to execute ideas on schedule.
- Run feedback loops during editing to ensure the final product is polished and impactful.
- Analyse & Iterate:
- Manage the testing of live ads, analyse performance data, and provide actionable feedback to the creative team for continuous improvement.
- Use consumer insights and performance data to develop a creative function that consistently delivers winning content.
What We’re Looking For:
- Creative Expertise:
- Several years of experience as a creative or content creator, ideally within the social media space.
- A proven track record of producing highly engaging content, with examples of impactful work.
- Data-Driven Approach:
- Confidence in analysing creative performance data and applying insights to improve metrics such as hook rates and click-through rates.
- Performance Marketing Knowledge:
- Experience working with Performance Marketing teams and understanding how to scale ad accounts.
- Familiarity with ad platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Strong Project Management:
- Highly structured with the ability to run productive meetings and drive processes forward efficiently.
- Experience working with creatives, with a keen understanding of how to maximise the effectiveness of shoots and provide rapid, constructive feedback.
