This business is a leader in their field, creating exceptional products for their growing, international customer base. With a new product launch, an ever-growing subscriber base of loyal customers and big plans for 2025, this is an amazing time to join the senior leadership team.


They need an experienced, digital native creative & thought leader to manage the team and responsibilities for the duration of their current directors' maternity leave. Someone to ensure the business can continue to produce exceptional brand centric campaigns and creative across all channels for the next 12+ months.


What they need -


  • A seasoned director with an excellent track record of delivering creative direction and brand strategy for another consumer facing brand (digital channel responsibility a must)
  • Someone who can capably manage the team (4 direct reports, wider team of 15 or so contributors), setting the creative strategy and supporting the ideation of campaigns
  • A creative leader who understands how to get the best out of designers, videographers, and content specialists to deliver world class marketing collateral
  • A digital-first creative strategist who can confidently lead the conceptualisation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Someone to unify the creative process & output - serving as the missing link between the marketing team and the ongoing evolution of their brand guidelines
  • Someone who views all creative & brand decisions through a highly commercial lens - monitoring performance of campaigns
  • A senior leader who can strategise and oversee the creation of engaging and persuasive content that drives traffic, improves user experience, and ultimately drives sign-ups across all territories


What you're great at -


  • Motivating and inspiring a brilliant team of creatives, ensuring the overall creative vision is rolled out across all design and campaign work for the brand
  • Balancing creativity and innovation with commercial objectives, monitoring performance of all creative collateral and feeding those insights and learnings into future briefs
  • Liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders, setting the gold standard for digital first brand & creative execution
  • Develop and oversee the brand strategy for the business, creating a seamless multichannel brand experience that echoes all the brands’ values and is aligned with overall business objectives
  • Applying a commercial approach to your creative & brand decision making – ensuring all campaigns and customer touchpoints are driving brand engagement, new customer acquisition, as well as delivering an exceptional experience for their existing customer base
  • Managing creative output with a comprehensive understanding of what it means to deliver multichannel brand collateral (you’re no longer “on the tools” but you have done in the task and know how to get the best out of the team who are now in charge of doing the doing)
