THE ROLE


As a Creative Strategist, you will drive end-to-end strategy development that seamlessly integrates content, influencer initiatives, and paid media.


You’ll need to be a generalist marketer with a deep understanding of various platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and how to engage audiences through creative storytelling and data-driven performance marketing. From brainstorming killer ideas with the team to working with clients and measuring success – this role requires passion, leadership, and versatility.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Develop Cross-Channel Strategies

  • Design innovative marketing strategies that unify content creation, influencer campaigns, and paid media efforts.
  • Ensure alignment between creative ideas and performance objectives across multiple platforms.


Collaborate with Content and Influencer Teams

  • Work with internal teams to brainstorm and execute social-first, high-impact creative concepts.
  • Guide influencer selection and content curation to drive brand impact.


Performance-Driven Execution

  • Identify the sweet spot between creative ideas and high-performing ads.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are optimised for reach and engagement, leveraging performance metrics to iterate and improve.


Mastery of AI Tools & Emerging Trends

  • Incorporate AI tools into the creative workflow to enhance content development and campaign optimisation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate innovative approaches that give us a competitive edge.


Client Communication and Strategic Leadership

  • Be the voice of the strategy for clients, translating their brand vision into actionable campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparent and proactive communication.
  • Present creative concepts and performance strategies confidently, demonstrating the value of our approach.


Thought Leadership & Industry Expertise

  • Act as a strategic thought leader by pushing creative boundaries, setting industry benchmarks, and inspiring the team.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and paid advertising to keep our campaigns future-proof.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


  • 6+ years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or a related field.


  • Strong expertise in content, influencer marketing, and paid social strategy.


  • A generalist mindset with deep platform knowledge (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).


  • Demonstrated ability to integrate creativity with performance to build high-impact campaigns.


  • Familiarity with AI tools to optimise creative processes and performance.


  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to present ideas and strategies confidently.


  • A passion for innovation and industry leadership – staying ahead of the curve with new ideas and practices.


  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
