Key Objectives:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Creative Strategy to develop and brief high-performing creative concepts across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.
  • Assist in writing User Generated Content (UGC) scripts and crafting copy for various ad platforms.
  • Manage the creation of detailed and actionable briefs for the design and editing teams, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and deadlines, and tracking progress to final delivery.
  • Learn and implement creative systems and processes to increase efficiency and output across all ad platforms.
  • Contribute to ideation sessions, helping to develop engaging creative concepts that drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
  • Stay on top of digital advertising trends, ensuring our creative content remains fresh and relevant across all channels.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Creative Briefing: Write clear, detailed briefs for the design and editing teams, guiding them to develop video, image, and GIF content for Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and more, ensuring all content aligns with campaign goals and brand identity.
  • UGC Script Writing: Develop engaging scripts for UGC creators to ensure content resonates with target audiences and contributes to high-performing ad campaigns.
  • Ad Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand copy for various ad platforms, including Meta, Google, Amazon, and TikTok, with a focus on driving engagement and conversions.
  • Project Management: Efficiently manage and track creative projects using tools like Asana, Notion, Slack, and Google Drive. Ensure smooth communication and task management between the creative, design, and editing teams, from briefing through to final delivery.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a creative or advertising role, ideally with hands-on experience in content creation for Meta and TikTok ads.
  • Minimum 1 year of copywriting experience, with a portfolio that showcases writing experience for social media and direct response ads.
  • Experience working with CPG, Wellness or Beauty brands is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, guiding the creation of video, image, and GIF content across digital platforms.
  • Experience writing UGC scripts and collaborating with external content creators.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing projects through tools like Asana, Notion, Slack, and Google Drive/Sheets, ensuring deadlines are met, tasks are tracked, and communication remains clear and organised.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Thoughtful and eager to learn new things
  • Curiosity and passion for content creation
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Experience with Asana and Notion.
