Hybrid working – 3 days Glasgow office/2 days remote

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who has/is:
- at least 5 years of sales experience in the localization and translation industry
- developing new business
- managing client accounts
- the right positive, makes it happen no matter what attitude
- resilient, a self-motivator
- equally kind and considerate - putting their fellow team members and clients at the heart of all that they do
- disciplined and cares a lot about all that you do
Your role:
Your role will be to work alongside your fellow colleagues - our MD, Head of Partnerships, and other members of our sales account management team as well as sales support. You’ll be responsible for:
- driving sales over the phone with assigned leads to build your own pipeline
- looking after and taking care of some of our existing accounts, working to maximize those relationships as you become more experienced with us
- take care of our clients and fellow team as if they were your own family - serving them to a high-quality standard, building solid rapport and regularly looking at ways in which we can offer them more of our services to achieve their project objectives successfully and grow your sales and business.
- hitting the ground running, consistently working to do your numbers and putting in a lot of hard work initially will see you building a pipeline quickly and successfully
