A thrilling opportunity for a Marketing Manager has arisen at a brand-new premium events space in a cutting-edge part of London.

Spread across three distinct spaces within the newly transformed Camden Town Hall, Vision Hall is a curated destination for creativity, innovation, and networking. We are seeking a highly experienced, energetic and dynamic individual to take the lead on all aspects of marketing for London’s newest event space. Reporting into the Managing Partners and Sales and Marketing Director, you will have solid marketing communications experience and a passion for digital technologies.


You will be responsible for the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to launch and build awareness around the brand, generate leads, and increase engagement. You will be working closely with stakeholders to ensure consistency through all channels, providing progressive ideas to build and maintain a strong and coordinated brand presence and a fully integrated marketing strategy for the growth of the business. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a very strategic, and hands-on marketing contemporary with experience in the luxury, events or hospitality sector. You will be passionate about creating meaningful connections with clients and have a keen eye for detail and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive launch plan and marketing strategy that aligns with Vision Hall’s overall vision and growth objectives.

Brand Development: Communicate with all departments including the members part of the business to maintain, own and evolve the brand's identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications.

Design & Print: Manage the designer to deliver all comms, digital and print collateral, liaising with stakeholders to produce all design led assets.

Agent Partnerships: Managing accounts with agents ensuring consistency across all platforms, as well as building new relationships and obtaining more agent partnerships.

Client Acquisition & Retention: Create and execute campaigns aimed at attracting new clients, while developing retention strategies to engage and delight existing clients.

Content Creation: Lead the creation of cutting-edge content across all marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website, print, and cultural events - to include scheduling and copywriting, maintaining the brand’s tone of voice and tailoring content for a luxury audience.

Private Event & Cultural Programming: Collaborate with the members team to promote in-house and member-exclusive events, ensuring maximum attendance and visibility.

Digital Marketing: Create the digital marketing strategy to manage the brands online presence, implementing the website and SEO, social media platforms, and working with the digital ads agencies to ensure the digital advertising is on point. Use data-driven insights to optimise performance.

Partnerships & PR: Seize opportunities, forging relationships and collaborations with aligned businesses, media outlets, and influencers to build the brands profile and presence in the wider King’s Cross community.

Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and deliver high ROI.

Market Research: Conduct regular market analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends, monitoring competition and generating ideas to stand out.

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, Sales Event Team, (operations, events, member services) to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with the brand’s goals.


Key Skills & Experience:

● Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within hospitality, events, or luxury brands.

● Expertise in innovative digital marketing, including social media, SEO, Ads and email marketing.

● In depth experience in creative campaign management, thinking outside of the box and innovative approaches to strategy.

● Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse and discerning audience.

● Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

● Proactive with the ability to build and nurture relationships with agencies, partners, and media outlets.

● A passion for creativity, innovation, and client engagement.

● Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.

● Experience with budgeting management and financial reporting.

● Proficiency in key marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Tripleseat for campaign management and CRM. Familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for visual content creation is preferred.
