To be suitable for this position you will need to have the following skills and ability:


  • Have vast experience working for a small or mid-sized B2B marketing agency


  • Experienced in strategy, content creation, demand generation, ABM, Branding, Digital, PR and marketing communications is essential


  • You ideally will have worked on either tech, software, manufacturing, automotive accounts


  • Be exceptional when it comes to developing client relationships whilst being commercially responsible for their growth


  • Be an outgoing individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit


  • Comfortable being independent from time to time as well as able to guide and lead others – you will be experienced in leading and growing your own team



In return for your experience as a B2B Business Director our client is offering a very competitive salary. Depending on experience, the base range is between £70-85k plus benefits.
