Head of Sales – Further Education Recruitment


Location: Remote (2 days a month in HQ, Hampshire)

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience + uncapped commission


FIND are a recruitment business that services the Education, Training & Human Capital market. We recruit for the private sector and have helped 94 different companies hire great talent (since our launch in October 2021) and now we’re expanding our services into Colleges.

We’re looking to appoint a Head of Sales / Sales Director to launch our Further Education Division.


This is a pure new-business role, exclusively focussing on the UK College community. You will be representing FIND FE to the sector, selling across all of our divisions & generating opportunities for the team to deliver. You will not get involved in candidate resourcing – this is a Client Solutions role.


Our story:

We’re fairly new (launched in October 21) but as a founding team, we have bucket loads of experience running staffing businesses. We’re now at 11 heads plus a Non-Exec and will be at 15 heads by the end of 2024. We have been providing talent solutions to the Independent Training sector for years – we have spent the last 6 months building the GTM strategy for Further Education.


We think this is an exceptional job for someone deep in Further Education staffing who can shape, grow & run their own division.

Role requirements & experience:

  • Deep knowledge of the UK FE Staffing Sector
  • Experience selling across the full suite of talent solutions into the UK College sector – experience in Permanent, Senior Hires, Contingent, Interim and Contract Recruitment.
  • Demonstrable experience working in a new business / client solutions capacity. We’d also love to meet 360 Recruiters who want to do a pure new business role.
  • Experience building and executing a GTM strategy – map and execute a new business & account growth plan.
  • Willingness to travel – vast national travel expected in this role.
