Position: Key Account Manager Europe

Location: Birmingham

As our Key Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our client interactions, acting as the primary contact for our key accounts. Your mission will be to cultivate and strengthen these relationships, driving business growth and exceeding customer expectations.

As our Key Account Manager, you'll be driving client interactions, acting as the go-to person lucrative key accounts within he Aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of key client accounts within the aerospace sector.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of Sales Account Managers and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
