What will you do?


  • Assist in the day-to-day account building and management of the Paid Social channel across various platforms, including Meta and TikTok.
  • Contribute to the weekly performance review, analysing campaigns and tests to ensure the achievement of monthly acquisition KPIs.
  • Take charge of the creative process for both reactive and iterative tasks, ensuring continuous improvement of existing best-performing ads to keep them refreshed and engaging.
  • Lead the management and testing of dynamic ads, strategising for significant wins and tests that contribute to incremental performance improvements.
  • Contribute to the implementation of strategies and cross-functional projects, such as Branded Content Ads, the evolution of Paid Social video content, and platform expansion.
  • Assist the Paid Social Channel Lead in optimising Display and implementing digital brand activations to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.


About You

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience with Paid Social marketing
  • Experience with Meta is a must
  • Are super organised, and are able to multitask, meet deadlines and pivot quickly
  • Are highly analytical with strong Excel skills ( a must)
  • You are creative and enjoy developing new ideas for ad creative
