Workonomics is partnering with a bootstrapped, profitable InsurTech firm who build market-leading solutions data analytics solutions for the insurance and reinsurance industry. They already have a strong foothold across certain lines of business and are now looking to expand their offering. That's where you come in


As a Senior Account Manager you will:


  • become the first Account Manager in the commercial team, working closely with the founders to expand the business.
  • proactively identify and execute upsell opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Consistently build champions and develop relationships with stakeholders within your accounts.
  • Develop strategic account growth plans, aligning clients’ evolving needs available product offerings, reinforcing value


You'll be someone who...


  • has experience in Account Management, preferably in the B2B SaaS or InsurTech space.
  • track record in managing upsells plus ability to identify revenue growth opportunities within an existing client base
  • good analytical skills to assess client needs and develop account growth strategies.
