Role Overview:

As the Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our established team in Leeds. You will be responsible for overseeing operations and new business management within the sectors. Additionally, you will develop and manage a team of recruiters, taking ownership of a P&L and driving the growth of both existing and new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve their full potential
  • Oversee operational and new business management within the Industrial and Driving sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and client retention.
  • Take ownership of a P&L, ensuring profitability targets are met and exceeded.
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industrial market.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Successful career history within the recruitment industry, with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development within the relevant sectors: Driving, Industrial, Commercial, Construction & Manufacturing.
  • Expertise in client retention and operational management.
  • Previous experience managing within a recruitment business, with a successful operational billing background.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage recruiters, with a focus on growing existing and new business opportunities.
