This ambitious agency are going from strength to strength and in order to take themselves to the next level they're looking to appoint a strategic Business Development Director to identify, develop, and nurture business relationships with existing and new clients. They’re a small energetic and ambitious team of digital experts who are looking to put themselves on the map and take the business to new heights.


About the role…


The Business Development Director will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the agency, a magnificent opportunity for someone to come on board and have a real Influence on shaping the agencies future

They're looking for an expert in developing and executing effective sales strategies and tactics to attract new clients In the digital marketing space. This person will be Involved In managing and optimizing the pitch process, including qualifying opportunities, briefing the internal team, and preparing and presenting proposals. You'll be in charge of implementing CRM tools and best practices to streamline sales operations. This really is an exciting opportunity to join a growing agency and really shape a pivotal role In the business.


About you…


To be considered for this Business Development Director role, you'll need a proven track record in business development, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry. You have strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics and in depth knowledge of performance marketing and organic search engine marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is a must as you'll be responsible for building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Passion for the digital marketing industry is important as you'll be working within a small team of likeminded digital experts
