The North England & Scotland Area Sales Manager will focus on enhancing our market presence and increasing sales of our stoves and other heating-related products. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with current and prospective retailers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of our products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Growing the sales of our range of stoves within the North England & Scotland area.
  • Frequent travel and stays in diverse locations are an integral part of this role.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and educate customers on the features and benefits of our stoves.
  • Forge strong relationships with new and existing retail partners, offering continuous support and training to maximise sales potential.
  • Understand and monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product development teams on customer needs and product enhancements.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our stoves and enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the stove or broader heating solutions market.
  • Strong ability to persuade and influence others, coupled with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Passionate about sustainability and energy efficiency, with the ability to convey this enthusiasm to customers.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
  • Organised and confident managing own time and priorities.
  • CRM system experience useful but not essential (full training provided).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
