Our client is one of the UK’s leading Workplace Technology Solutions companies, providing industry leading solutions focused on achieving greater utilisation, maintenance and optimisation of their clients workplace technology environment.


To drive continued success across the region, they are looking to attract an experienced Workplace Technology business development professional to assume responsibility for the following:



  • Developing and delivering a new business sales plan by Identifying and cultivating new prospects within the region
  • Research, consult, scope, and advise each prospective client on how to improve the performance and cost within their Workplace Technology environment
  • Deliver pricing proposals which ensure margin performance is achieved
  • Successfully manage the entire sales process to a close and facilitate seamless client onboarding and service delivery
  • Maintain an accurate record of existing and prospective client activity by effectively updating the company CRM
  • Liaise with relevant vendors to ensure all development opportunities are maximised
  • Schedule attendance at relevant networking events and industry conferences


Candidates will likely possess the following skills, experience, and personal attributes:


  • A successful track record of selling a technology led solution to SME and Enterprise level clients
  • Highly experienced in winning new business and delivering against business development plans and roadmaps
  • A consultative approach and ability to pinpoint improvement areas to ensure each client achieves a ‘purpose built’ and bespoke solution
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create and effectively deliver compelling presentations to a wide range of clients and stakeholders
  • Strong commercial understanding with accomplished decision-making and negotiation skills
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and focused approach with a strong determination for success
