Location: City of London

Duration: Until September 2024

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join the team on a temporary basis, as soon as possible, to provide essential financial oversight and guidance during a period of significant growth and transformation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Liaise with external auditors, lenders, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support senior management with strategic financial planning and decision-making.


Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a finance management role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional resilience and tenacity, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
