As a Territory Manager for the Olympus Endotherapy product range, you will be responsible for established direct sales for a designated territory which spans across Buckinghamshire, Oxford, Berkshire, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.


Your primary duties will include demonstrating equipment to clinical staff within hospitals, carrying out meetings with business and procurement managers with a view to growing market share for their portfolio, as well as providing advanced product training and ongoing after-sales support.


What are the other key responsibilities of this position?


  • You'll manage sales opportunities within your territory through to successful completion
  • Professionally represent the organisation at face to face/virtual exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings
  • You'll deliver support for new and existing customers across the product portfolio
  • You'll develop and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer requirements, and communicate Olympus solutions & value propositions
  • Strategically manage customer relationships & sales activities, including the use of our CRM to effectively manage the business on territory
  • You will effectively manage and accurately forecast sales opportunities


What skills and experience are required to apply?


  • You can demonstrate experience within a sales environment, ideally within the medical devices or healthcare industry
  • You will have a strong track record of success
  • You are self-motivated, with a strong will to succeed
  • Highly skilled in organising and planning, whilst balancing multiple demands & priorities
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate high levels of integrity in dealings with external & internal customers
  • Full UK driving license is essential
