As an Agile Delivery Manager you will work with multiple squads to deliver industry leading software solutions. These teams deliver the cross functional team delivering micro services architecture.

Key Responsibilities:


• Facilitate scrum ceremonies; planning, stand ups, retrospectives and reviews

• Applying scrum within a hybrid delivery model

• Working closely with cross functional teams consisting of software developers, cloud engineers (DevOps), software architects and business analysts.

• Guide sessions to shape upcoming work and deliveries

• Bring teams together to estimate the size of the upcoming work

• Work with Head of Engineering, Product Manager and other Delivery Leads to plan and schedule releases

• Resource and capacity planning across multiple squads

• Identify issues and risks in delivery, and propose solutions to those

• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders - third-party vendors


Experience:


• Certified Scrum Professional or equivalent (i.e. or Scrum Alliance qualifications)

• 5+ years project management experience in an agile environment

• Worked in more than one company within an Agile framework

• Experience supporting multi-function project teams with at least 5-10 team members including but not limited to, Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers (DevOps), Designers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA Engineers

• Agile techniques - User Stories, Continuous Integration, BDD/TDD, Pairing, Automated Testing
