As a Maintenance Planner at Taiko Foods, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the maintenance schedules for all production equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Your role will involve coordinating with the maintenance team to plan preventive maintenance activities, track maintenance tasks, and manage inventory of spare parts. You will also analyse equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with various departments will be essential in maintaining the high operational standards at Taiko Foods.

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
  • Create detailed maintenance schedules and coordinate activities with production to avoid disruptions.
  • Schedule tasks and ensure availability of required materials, tools, and personnel.
  • Coordinate with technicians, engineers, and other departments for efficient task execution and arrange external contractors if necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and ensure availability of necessary parts and materials.
  • Keep up-to-date records of maintenance activities, including work orders, logs, and equipment history, and prepare performance reports with KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance maintenance efficiency.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, promote safety culture, and conduct safety inspections.
