About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner/Coordinator to join our team at East West Connect Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive maintenance plans outlining PPM schedules, reactive maintenance, and quoted works projects, considering client requirements, job specifications, and regulatory compliance.
  • Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of maintenance services.
  • Monitor maintenance schedules, prioritize reactive maintenance requests, and coordinate service visits to minimize downtime and disruption to clients' operations.
  • Identify potential risks to maintenance contracts/projects, such as equipment failures, resource shortages, or health and safety hazards, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Facilitate communication among maintenance teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clear and timely exchange of information, compliance with contractual requirements, and resolution of issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/NVQ Level (E) or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-5 years of experience in planning and coordination in Mechanical Maintenance field(E).
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience on CMMS/Cafm systems, preferably Job Logic.
