Maintenance Planner for Low Carbon Energy Production

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Urenco Group's Capenhurst location. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Written Schemes of Maintenance that ensure the safe and efficient execution of all maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheme Development: Conduct site visits to determine job scope, appropriate method, timescale, and resource requirements. Produce thorough Task Risk Assessments and Method Statements to ensure safe and effective maintenance execution.
- Schedule Management: Understand a schedule and prioritize the generation of written schemes to ensure timely availability.
- Maintenance Coordination: Ensure validity of all maintenance tasks, including correct job sequence, manning levels, timescales, and required materials. Maintain SAP Master Data, identifying and reporting anomalies or missing functional locations and equipment.
- A time-served mechanical or CEI technician with hands-on experience in a chemical/process plant.
- Familiarity with the maintenance of typical process equipment (pumps, valves, vessels, piping systems, instrument, and control systems).
- Experience of planning maintenance activities using a CMMS/EAM package (preferably SAP with Prometheus).
- Knowledge of scheduling maintenance tasks/projects in a Gantt chart format/CMMS.
- Proficient in Risk Assessment methodology and writing work instructions/job plans.
- An estimated salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
