Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining effective communication channels. This position requires proficiency in various software applications and strong clerical skills to facilitate daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Assist in the organisation of office supplies and inventory management, ensuring availability for staff needs.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Provide clerical support including typing documents, preparing reports, and assisting with presentations.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with team members.
- Coordinate office activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
- Any other additional tasks when required
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications is essential for document management and communication.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and clerical duties is required.
- Excellent typing skills and a good command of written English are necessary for effective communication within the office environment.
- Well presented/articulate for meeting and greeting guests.
