About the Position: We are seeking an experienced office administrator to join our team at Agility Resourcing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll and finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Tasks:
- Manage payroll and related tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee credit card management, including reconciliation and posting
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for staff queries
- Organize and record staff training, renewals, and other administrative tasks
- Arrange accommodation for employees and oversee Company Vehicle management
- Perform general office administration duties
