Job Overview:
Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional with a hunter mindset? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Developer / Recruiter to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in winning new business across diverse and evolving markets. You'll contribute significantly to the growth and success of Liberty Towers by proactively identifying opportunities and forging strong client relationships.
This position starts as a full-time office role for the first 3-6 months to immerse you in the London market and our company culture. Following this period, it transitions into a hybrid remote role, offering flexibility while keeping you connected with our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Liberty Towers' client base.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor activities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' recruitment needs and provide tailored, innovative solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and expertise to help them achieve their goals.
- Product and Solution Innovation:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new products and services that align with client needs and market trends.
- Contribute ideas for innovative solutions that set Liberty Towers apart in the marketplace.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
- Performance Metrics:
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior business development or sales role within the recruitment industry.
- Proven track record in a hunter sales role, with demonstrable success in winning new business.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and surpass targets.
- Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the London and global recruitment markets.
- Familiarity with diverse industries and the ability to navigate through changing market conditions.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
