HR Transformation Manager

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a HR Transformation Manager in Nottingham or Coventry to work for our client within the energy sector. This role is initially a 6 month contract with the possibility to extend.


As an experienced HR Transformation Manager, you will manage the HR Transformation Programme to implement the transition of colleagues on to the current modern platform. You will design the overall programme producing blueprints for all required transition states including the people and business journey and tech delivery.


The ideal candidate will have had exposure to HR platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and have good stakeholder management at board level.


Responsibilities

  • Create and communicate the Programme vision and objective as well as its success criteria and be responsible for facilitating the whole Programme and ensuring the regular drumbeat is established and maintained
  • Identity and manage technology decisions on the end-state architecture and any transition architecture
  • Join up delivery across HR and wider with other Initiatives to manage impacts and dependencies
  • Responsible for governance including decision and progress tracking forums and financial governance
  • Accountable for ensuring projects are managed an agreed framework and where appropriate undertake HealthChecks and stage gates checks against critical success factors
  • Accountable for the planning and delivery to milestones
  • Facilitation of delivery meetings, including SteerCo
  • Actively managing Programme risks, issues and dependencies
  • Conscious of how the outcomes and benefits as part of the overall Transformation


Requirements

  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills to ensure this complex transformation has support from all levels in the organisation
  • Able to communicate at all levels of the organisation and with our Group HR projects
  • Strong Programme / large project management skills to manage large teams (30+ plus) and £1m+ budgets, including delivery governance
  • Strong Programme /large project design skills (blueprint)
