Telesales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. If you have a passion for sales and are eager to contribute to a market-leading company, we would love to hear from you.


Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Make proactive outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell Crown Paints products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Crown Paints products, including their features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate this information to customers.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products.


What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Experience in a similar role preferably within a similar sector
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner
  • Experience using SAP is preferable but not essential
