We are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our London based client.
This position will play a crucial role in orchestrating and delivering digital transformation projects that drive organisational change. The PM will oversee the planning, execution, and successful implementation of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the PM will navigate obstacles to drive the organisation towards digital improvements.
This position required 2 days working in the office (which may be subject to change). Salary for the position is circa £50,000.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
- Working on a number of discovery projects and comparison projects
- Lead and be accountable for the planning and execution of digital transformation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Facilitate effective communication between IT and business stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and requirements
- Manage project resources effectively to optimise efficiency
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Foster clear communication channels to keep stakeholders informed
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time completion
- Contribute to the identification and prioritization of projects based on business needs and objectives
- Adapt to evolving project requirements and address changes proactively
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision making within the project team
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate project outcomes against established success criteria
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation
- Maintain key performance indicators to measure project success
- Oversee the transition of projects not operational phases, providing necessary support to address any post-implementation issues
- Establish and track post-project metrics and analytics to assess the long-term impact and success of completed initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
- Hold a Project Management qualification
- Proven experience in successfully managing digital transformation projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, fostering cooperation between IT and business stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with the capability to align digital initiatives with broader organisation goals and objectives
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements, technological advancements and dynamic business environment
- Skill in efficiently allocating and managing project resources to optimize productivity and ensure project success
- Proven ability to identify assess and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Familiarity with effective data management strategies to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project skills
- Capability to lead training initiatives to ensure teams are proficient in utilizing new digital tools
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate project outcomes, measure KPIs and drive data driven decisions
- Familiarity with the HR industry would be advantageous
- Understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Data Structures
