Role Overview
Our client an amazing charity, is looking for a Trusts and Fundraising Manager who will implement strategies to broaden and expand their portfolio of funders. You will collaborate with senior members of the team to expand the organisation. The position carries major responsibilities in relationship and account management, including the oversight of high value partnerships. You will use your skills of relationship management to make a real difference
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate high-value partnerships
- Explore new funding opportunities and connect with prospective through different communication channels
- Collaborate to identify suitable projects, build strong cases for support, and evaluate their viability for grant funding, including assessing necessary resources and operations
- Develop solid internal partnerships with team members to enhance fundraising success.
- Draft and submit comprehensive funding proposals and budget plans to potential funders.
- Engage with donors and compile briefing documents for colleagues involved in meetings.
- Operate in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and budgets set by the organisation
Requirements
- Proven track record of securing grants in the range of four to six figures
- Grant management experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a talent for serving as an effective advocate when interacting with partners and potential supporters.
- Experience in crafting winning proposals.
- Expertise in relationship fundraising and engaging directly with donors.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Location - Central London (Hybrid)
Salary - Up to £48,000 (Depending on experience)
