Role: Fundraising Manager (Contract, Remote)

We’re seeking a Fundraising Manager to lead our capital-raising efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for securing venture funding, building relationships with investors, and driving the financial growth of Mezunda.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investor Relations: Identify, approach, and build relationships with venture capital firms, angel investors, and other funding sources.
  • Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support the launch of our flagship SaaS product.
  • Pitching and Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential investors.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and investor meetings to expand Mezunda’s investor network.
  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to prepare financial models, forecasts, and other materials required for investor discussions.
  • Reporting: Track and report on fundraising progress and key performance metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in fundraising or venture capital acquisition, ideally within the tech or software sector.
  • Strong network of investors in the SaaS, software development, or tech industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop compelling financial models and investor materials.
  • Experience working with startups or high-growth companies is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
