About the Position:

Granado is looking for a seasoned, enthusiastic Retail Commercial Supervisor to optimize commercial performance for the Brazilian iconic beauty/fragrance brand. This position is based in London and will be responsible for sales management, promotional strategies, people performance and management, commercial and product training sessions, among other responsibilities for brand’s business awareness in UK.


What will you do:

  • Drive and optimize commercial performance through strategic initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate sales promotion strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation and tracking of in-store marketing campaigns and promotions to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Take charge of recruitment, development, and effective management of team members.
  • Determine performance management techniques to inspire and guide the team towards achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Design and administer incentive programs, including awards, bonuses, and commissions, to motivate and reward high-performing employees.
  • Conduct comprehensive commercial and product training sessions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with businesses in the neighborhoods around Granado’s stores.
  • Spearhead promotional activities for external sales events and corporate giveaways.


What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree
  • 5+ years of experience within retail, commercial, business development, or marketing in the beauty/fragrance industry.
  • Strong understanding of operating practices of Retail Stores.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of leading beauty and fragrance brands and their competitive positioning in the UK market.
  • Understand current beauty market trends and able to identify business opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, energetic and enthusiastic hands-on approach with a high sense of urgency, results, and accountability.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to successfully navigate competing priorities.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule.
  • Team player with a healthy collaborative mindset.
  • Fluent communication in English. Portuguese or other language would be a big plus.
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
