Our prestigious client is seeking an experienced Retail Manager with a background in luxury gifts and souvenirs. As the Multi-Site Retail Manager overseeing our London stores, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring an exceptional retail experience for all customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an integral part of the wider Visitor Operations department, focused on delivering excellent service at every stage of the visitor journey.
  • Lead, train, and support your team to ensure they are motivated and equipped to provide a welcoming in-store experience for every customer.
  • Set targets, manage budgets, and oversee stock levels, making data-driven decisions to optimise sales, in close collaboration with central teams.
  • Lead and coordinate the annual increase in activity over the summer, including the setup and management of a temporary garden summer shop – requiring strong project management skills.
  • Oversee the safe and secure operation of shop floors, ensuring compliance with all retail procedures, stock movements, financial processes, and till operations.


This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Whether you're completing opening checks or celebrating smashing sales targets, you’ll be the driving force behind continuous improvements across our London stores.


Essential Criteria:

  • A retail professional with the ability to drive sales through exceptional customer service and a strong commercial focus.
  • Experience in setting and managing budgets, exceeding sales targets, and working within a target-driven environment.
  • Strong numeracy, IT skills, and working knowledge of Outlook and Word.
  • A creative eye for visually appealing store displays and a commitment to presenting a professional, engaging shop environment.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the initiative to manage changing circumstances and tight deadlines effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills, including experience with recruitment, training, and motivating teams to achieve their best.
  • A natural team player with a clear communication style and the ability to build relationships across various departments.
  • A customer-focused approach, committed to creating a memorable and positive experience for all visitors.
