Retail Search Account Manager

Our client is looking for a Search Account Manager to help support across a busy Q4 period for their client L'Oreal on their black Friday activities and the run up to Christmas, experience as an account manager in the retail space is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage L'Oreal retail accounts; ensuring ongoing and timely optimisations are delivered and constantly proactively looking for both tactical and strategic optimisation opportunities
- Take responsibility for the delivery of wider client or team deliverables (such as commentary, reporting, and innovation)
- Develop relationships with key L’Oreal stakeholders and suppliers, leading communications with these stakeholders when necessary.
- Lead the conversation with the Criteo and Citrus account managers, leveraging their expertise and knowledge to support the account growth and success
- Ensure financial elements of the role are treated as a priority and that monthly reconciliations are done correctly and on time for all retail media
Key experience required:
- Experience using retail media platforms including Criteo and Citrus
- Proven experience activating campaigns across retail media networks
- Experience with planning and running larger-scale search campaigns, ideally across multiple products or a portfolio with multiple brands
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all platforms
- Expert organisational skills, great attention to detail
- Ability to implement and meet deadlines and project manage multiple campaigns
- Excellent client relationship and management skills
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box for creative solutions
Contract Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 5 Months
- Rate: £350
- IR35: This role is inside IR34
- Location: Hybrid, onsite in London 1 day a week
- Position Type: Full-time
