A thriving Financial Institution based in Dundonald is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their fast-paced, exciting team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Support Administrator will be processing transactions and building strong relationships with existing customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Support Administrator your key duties will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers over phone and email
- Generating accurate quotations and paperwork
- Assisting the Sales team with administration tasks
- Updating systems with relevant and accurate information
- Providing support with processing of new proposals, including checks on AML and Credit
- Processing deposits and initial payments on the system
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the role of Sales Support Administrator, you must have:
- Previous experience within a customer support/administrative/sales position
- Educated to GCSE level with passes in Maths & English as a minimum
- Excellent relationship building skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, driven and self-motivated
- Problem solver
