Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Brook Street. As a key member of the administrative team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients in the healthcare sector.
">The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, and have a strong attention to detail.
The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £67, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in administration.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing administrative support to our clients, including typing and circulation of correspondence, data input, and maintenance of medical records filing systems.
- Assisting with the training of new administrative staff as needed.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum of one year's experience in administration, five GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C and above, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
