Our Client provideds a market-leading all-in-one solution for nursery management, and is scaling due to a period of growth
As such they are looking for a BDM to join the team as they continue to scale.
Duties & Key Responsibilities:
Develop, agree and be accountable for a sales strategy and business plan
Contact the appropriate decision makers at the companies via telephone, during face-to-face meetings and at events in order to introduce technology and services
Develop sales pipeline, aggressively expanding with new prospects and leads
Coordinate and manage sales process, engaging with other teams for preparation of proposals and RFP response
Be responsible for securing contractual commitments from UK prospects for the use of the client's technology and services and meet your targets
Monitor clients’ retention, create and implement recovery strategies for the Market(s)
Provide accurate reporting to your line manager about the progress of New Business acquisition and Existing client base to allow monitoring and projection of the revenue from EMEA market.
Maintain the company CRM and your Sales Pipeline, with timely and accurate details of your sales activities.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 yrs experience selling digital / software solutions or Education technology and 3+ years of experience in sales
Proven track record in closing deals
Ability to structure, present and close trading deals / PSL
Ability to build relationships with decision makers around a solution/strategic sale
Demonstrate a high degree of media proficiency, effective presentation and communication skills and expertise in audience buying
Strong leadership characteristics along with a dynamic personality and ability to inspire people
