The client is a market leader in Domestic Solar and have been established for 20+ years, yet are still one of the UK's fastest growing installers and have recently expanded into the commercial sector.


The right candidate will earn a £25,000 base salary with a very competitive bonus / commission structure for each sale, that will allow their overall salary to be uncapped (£75,000+).


  • You would be joining a strong team of 6 direct sales agents, one of which completed 9 sales last week - showcasing the potential commission available (£250-500 average commission each sale).
  • Solar experience is not a necessity, but a bonus However, Sales experience and the right personality is required.


Role details?

  • Virtual video consultations, conducted primarily via Microsoft Teams, from the Castleford office - selling to homeowners.
  • Your sales expertise will be essential in educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy, converting leads into satisfied clients, and consistently achieving sales targets.
