I’m supporting one of my favourite consumer brands with the hire of a National Account Manager looking after their most strategic grocery accounts.
The Business
They are a plant based food business in a period of huge growth. This is such an exciting time to join the business, with innovation at the strategic forefront of their ambitious growth plans.
The Role
They are looking for somebody that can take responsibility for managing 2 of the business’s main grocery accounts. This person will also be tasked with exploring white space opportunities & continuing to build strong, trusting multifunctional relationships across all accounts.
This role also requires you to develop and execute exceptional customer joint business plans that help deliver against the company’s targets, goals, and objectives. You will also be responsible for planning, negotiating and executing game changing NPD launches with sustainable long-term commercial agreements in place.
Requirements
- MUST have experience within the food or FMCG industry.
- Strong commercial experience within the food industry.
- Strong commercial & financial acumen with demonstrable experience in retailer JBPs & P&Ls.
- Talented negotiator with proven success behind NPD, CPIs and/or JBPs.
- Exceptional communicator & relationship builder.
