Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with proven experience in the ServiceNow practice to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and developing new clientele globally, driving new business opportunities, and expanding our market presence. A strong understanding of ServiceNow and a robust professional network are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Networking: Leverage a strong professional network to generate leads and foster relationships with potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales plans that align with company objectives, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the ServiceNow landscape.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with clients throughout the sales process, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Commitment to Growth: Demonstrate a commitment to achieving sales targets and driving continuous business development.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in sales, with a proven track record in the ServiceNow practice.
  • ServiceNow Knowledge: Strong understanding of ServiceNow products and their applications in various industries.
  • Networking: Established network within the IT service management and technology sectors.
  • Sales Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive and self-driven with a strong commitment to achieving targets and objectives.
